My Aunt would make me gorgeous home made cards on special occasions, and I would ALWAYS wonder how she made them, and where did she get the inspiration from? This hobby is so special, because the card you make can be the gift itself!

8.) FIND THE PERFECT ENVELOPE COLOR

Here’s an easy way to determine which envelope will go best with you home made card. If you have determined your main colors and secondary colors… you can then decide which color you want to pop the most. So whoever receives it is overwhelmed with how gorgeous it is!

If your card colors are let’s say… blue, yellow, and orange… I’ll use this card as an example. Simply pair it with the a color that will make your home made card stand out. The darkest color is blue, and the lightest color is yellow… your card color would look amazing if you picked yellow! This set makes the darkest colors bright and gorgeous to look at. It’s a tip I’ve learned along the way. It really does make a difference to  present you gift gorgeously!

    I make cards as well! I never print anything, but make use of differnt patterned scrapbookpaper and embelishments!
